Making my Dream Maternity Shoot a Reality!

So one thing about me, I love to travel! I love being outdoors and the beach holds a special place in my heart. I have always loved the sounds of the waves growing up and playing in the water. I guess this is what led me to be a swimmer! I swam for my college and lifeguarded the Summers on Cape Cod.

So when we decided to hit up Rexhame beach south of Boston pretty pregnant I picked a fun dress to hug my little girl!

Twirling around in this long lace maxi dress made me feel so happy to be a new mama to my baby girl. The way this dress hugged my bump was just perfect. The serenity of these solo maternity shots makes me feel how vulnerable we all are. She’s only days before she enters this big world and its one of our last times ‘alone’ with each other.

I had this ‘vision’ of lying on my back in a long white dress and we made it happen! The photo of Tudor pulling my arm to show me what he found on the beach is one of my favorites.  His traditional shirt is from Romania where his Dad is from. He has such a good heart as he knows something is in Mama’s belly.
