A Holiday Gift Guide for Toddlers, both boy and girl!

I’ve collected some of my favourite toddler gift ideas, both cute clothing to strut their stuff and toys to keep them entertained, and from one Mom to another, we could all use a little help picking presents for the little ones this year, right?! I figured I would compile my gift guide for 2018 to bring you some gift inspiration.

As you guys know I always like being on the stylish side with my kids so I’ve picked out some of my favourite that you can use to put a little posh on any kid’s outfit.

Can you believe it’s already time for the holidays?! I can’t believe Aura is 19 months and Tudor is almost 3 and a half. Each year the gift buying changes as they grow, the bigger the kids the bigger the presents! So much for cute onesies that Momma picked out, now they know what they want and can write their own letters to Santa.

I could totally do with new ideas myself too, so I’d love to know; what are your favourite gifts for your toddlers are this year, the ones you are super excited to see them unwrap?

Don’t forget there are always a bunch of toy drives locally to wherever you live to help those in need, and bring the Christmas cheer to less fortunate children in your area. You can bring a wrapped toy to your local fire station for donation and sometimes they even drive the fire truck to schools for collection which the little ones love!

Be mindful of the toys you select and of the packaging they come in, companies aren’t always green minded so try and be responsible in the packaging you choose and ensure it can be recycled.

Of course, gifts don’t always need to be bought. You could make some homemade cookies to drop off at a local nursing home, or for your kids to take in to class and gift the teachers. Maybe some evergreen flowers from your garden could lighten up someone’s day!

Look out for my next post all about baking Christmas Cookies as a family. We’re always looking for fun recipes to bake, so let me know your favourite festive treats in the comments below!

Love, Lynn
