A Napa Wedding
My family is pretty small, so when it came for my dear cousins wedding, we were very excited to go. It was one of our first real outings as a family of four. My cousin Lauren pulled off a completely Pinterest Worthy wedding in Napa. I only wish I took more photos! Everything was stunning, from the food, to the Bride and Groom (of course!) and not to mention the scenary.
The weekend festivities stated with a rehersal dinner at Brasswood Estate in Napa, CA. She had brick oven gourmet pizzas, salad and wine. There was a beautiful blue fountain in the middle where we took some nice family photos as we don’t all get this dressed up often! The picture of Tudor is with his cousin Myles. Aren't they adorable in their plaid?!
Tudors shirt is from Janie and Jack and his pants are Crewcuts, the kids division of JCrew. Aura’s dress is from a boutique in Boca Raton, FL.
The next day the wedding was held in Napa, CA. There were 4 music venues, a violin quartet, a Louisiana style Big Band for appetizers, a 10 piece band for the reception and a DJ for the after party.
The wedding ceremony was performed in a garden with lily pad reflecting pools. Then it was off for appetizers and the Big Band followed by the most gorgeous dinner set up. Some of her amazing flowers were flown in from Holland. The food was delicious and presented so nicely. Even Tudor’s plate too! We only peeked into the after party, but they did have shaved ice cream with fruity pebbles.
My top is Intermix and a maternity skirt from Moms the Word, SF. Nicolae’s suit is Hugo Boss as is his shirt. Aura’s dress is Janie and Jack, as well as Tudors jacket. His pants are Zara Kids with a JCrew dress shirt.
The next day was brunch at the Silverado Resort in Napa, CA. It was the perfect ending to a perfect weekend. With a more relaxed dress code, it was a great way to wind down with the family!
