A bit about me & what's in store for 2022!

Hi Everyone! With it being a new year I wanted to take the time to do a little introductory post with some fun facts about me & talk about our home renovation happening in 2022… I am currently drooling over interior design & loving farmhouse styling for my kitchen renovation inspo. Hands up if you love Pinterest when looking for design inspo!🙋‍♀️

Hi there, my name is Lynn. I’m a mama to two crazy kids, Tudor (6) Aura (4).

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m a Professional Interior designer, with a passion for fine gold jewlery & photography!

My blog was originally a jewlery blog!! GoldWestVintage but since having the kids it has transformed into more travel | interior design | style, so last year I completely re-branded to lifestylewithlynn.

In 2021 had the honour of being named one of the Top 30 Bloggers in San Francisco and have been lucky enough to work with some great brands like Polywood and many more. Blogging has been such a great journey so far, I love sharing and talking all things motherhood & lifestyle with you guys! It’s not always perfect but it’s real life 😉

2022 is a big year in our house. We are completely renovating our home! Eeeekk! At the moment we are currently in the construction document phase. So stay tuned for a blog to see the designs & mood boards I have created. I’ll also be sharing with you the reality of living on a building site with two young kids… wish me luck 😂🙈

I was once on a synchronized swimmers team and then swam competitively in college! 🏊‍♀️
I’ve never had a pet besides two hamsters and fish!
I have degrees in Fine Art in Interior Design and a Masters in Architecture 🎨
I’m obsessed with photography and interior design 📸
My Mom passed away right before I had my kids 💔
I’ve been published twice in a San Francisco Mom’s magazine & O. The Oprah Magazine!
I’m from a small town in Upstate NY🗽
My Mom was one of the first female Nuclear Physicists working for G.E.
I don’t like salads 🥗❌
My handle goldwestvintage is from my blog when I only wrote about jewelry, now it’s about kids, mom life, fashion, travel and all things lifestyle!
I’m obsessed with vintage gold cocktail rings💍

My dream is to renovate an old barn conversion
My favorite food is lobster dipped in a lot of buttah 🦞🤤
My husband is from Romania and we met at a conference in Boston
I used to be an athletic model and now my kids do a little bit themselves… like momma like bubba!
My favorite sports now are mountain biking and snowboarding
