Baby Aura's 1st Birthday Party
Happy Birthday to You, Happy Birthday to You, Happy Birthday to Aura, Happy Birthday to You ... and Many More! It was such a nice time to celebrate with all our friends. My little angel is blessed! We celebrated with a theme of light.
{Aura = The word is used to describe the atmosphere surrounding an individual. Greek mythology: Aura was the Titan goddess of the breeze and the fresh, cool air of early morning. Often the entire body of a healer or creative individual radiates a rainbow of colors that surrounds the person.}
Thus the ombré rainbows of balloons!
I just adore these photos of Tudor and Aura. Especially the one of him hugging her. I took this photo quick as he was explaining to someone at the door that it was his sister's Birthday!
- Aura's dress is from Romania and we used it at her baptism (yes, I need to get all the pics up from our trip!).
- Tudor's shirt is Janie and Jack & jeans are CrewCuts by JCrew, as well we used it at my cousins wedding this Summer. All about getting your money's worth for key clothing items!
- My dress is from Bloomingdales and shoes are Halogen from Nordstrom.
- Nicolae's shirt is Hugo Boss, his fav.

We had Gotts Roadside cater the party with their delicious home cooked food. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, chicken tenders, veggies with ranch dressing, sweet potato and regular fries. It was such a hit as who doesn't like comfort food. The cake was from Susie Cakes.
For favors I had a make your own candy bags for the kids and colored notebooks with pens for adults.
